Within weeks of publishing this, I will be an (unemployed...please see resumé below...please) alum of the University of Michigan with a B.S. degree in Biopsychology, Cognition and Neuroscience and a certificate in Writing. As you will become aware while reading through my portfolio, I grew up outside of Boston, Massachusetts, and have a very deep connection to the northeastern part of the country; I plan to reunite with my family there (and its dogs, of course) after graduation as I continue my search for a job.

The most prominent aspect of my portfolio, the Capstone Project, was a major feat of my college career. However, the other pieces I have included in my portfolio were little victories of their own. Without these triumphs, my capstone project would not have come to be.

I hope that my Writer's Evolution essay, included in the archives, will shed a light on the pieces I have chosen to include in my portfolio and bring you to one very important conclusion: I allow my family and my emotions to color my writing, in fact, I require it. You can learn much more about me by reading my written work than I can hope to convey in a paragraph or two. I hope you enjoy doing so!
